Overview

• This project is a joint initiative of the World Bank and the SME Foundation Bangladesh.
• It connects female entrepreneurs directly to global shoppers through an online marketplace.
• Users can access curated lists of entrepreneurs and corporations.
• The admin panel allows entrepreneurs to easily upload, update, and manage their product listings.

• Frontend Architecture & Dashboards: Designed frontend architecture and developed robust admin dashboards for enterprise workflows.
• Backend Development:
  • Developed scalable RESTful APIs using Laravel.
  • Implemented secure authentication and authorization with Laravel Passport and Sanctum.
  • Integrated Google Maps API to support location-based features and improve user experience.
  • Leveraged Laravel Telescope to monitor application performance.
  • Conducted load and performance testing using Apache JMeter.
• Reporting Tools: Integrated data export functionality for Excel, CSV, and PDF formats.
• Performance Optimization: Significantly improved Google PageSpeed scores and optimized Core Web Vitals:
  • Boosted Google PageSpeed scores from 2 to 80+.
  • Reduced CSS bundle size by 79.5% (from 289 KB to 59 KB).
  • Deferred render-blocking CSS to improve First Contentful Paint (FCP).
